What This Calculator Does
The Final Grade Calculator tells you exactly what score you need on your final exam to reach your target grade. Enter your current grade, desired grade, and the exam weight.
How It Works
The formula is: Required = (Target - Current x (1 - Weight/100)) / (Weight/100). If the result exceeds 100, the target is mathematically impossible with that exam weight.
Example
Current grade: 75%, target: 80%, final weight: 25%. Required score = (80 - 75 x 0.75) / 0.25 = (80 - 56.25) / 0.25 = 95%.

What if the result is over 100?
